Art on the way to Old Town
Walking up Fremont Street in Old Town, it's too early for the crowds, but the sights are great.

Leaving Old Town for the hour and a half walk back, we see that the streets through the Arts District are filled with paintings on the walls of the buildings (the the tower of the Stratosphere Casino, Hotel, and Tower looms in the background).

On reaching the Strip, we pass through the Bellagio Casino to see what is on display in their center court and find a tribute to the Palio di Siena, a horserace that is held twice a year in Siena Italy, where riders ride bareback dressed in colors representing the contrade or neighborhoods into which the city is divided.

Bellagio's front desk is also decorated to complement the theme of the Palio.

To reward ourselves, we cross the street to Gordon Ramsay's Fish and Chips for a great lunch, accompanying each box of fish and chips with two sauces: siriacha aoli and tartar sauce.
