Arriving Back in Saint Martin

We return to 2022 travel!  Yes, we were just in Saint Martin a few months ago, but we had such a good time that we return for a long-weekend birthday celebration.  We change planes in Miami and head 1,960 km (1,220 miles) southeast to Phillipsburg, Sint Maartin, on the Dutch side of the island, and then to the Grand Case Beach Club, our hotel in Grand Case on Saint Martin, the French side.

Soon, the sun begins to set, giving us our first spectacular Caribbean sunset of this long weekend.

The next morning, we rise and wader around the spectacular hotel grounds.  The pictures say it all.

Later that day, we walk into Grand Case and find another sunset filling the skies.  We stop for a cocktail and watch it progress.
