We arrive in Paris in the spring weather as bands of clouds cross the sky periodically, followed by rain, then sun, then starting the cycle all over again.

At the Arc de Triomphe, a band is playing in the center and people are lining the outer edge of the intersection to watch and listen to the celebration.

Wandering down the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, we find stores putting on new fronts for the upcoming Olympics in Paris (starting July 26, 2024).

As the sun begins to set, the city starts lighting up in the crisp spring air, with new leaves just emerging on the trees and bushes.

We wander over to the Seine and walk along the river, getting great views of the city and the Eiffel Tower.
