Dining in Vietnam

We dine really well (and inexpensively) in Vietnam.  Our first lunch is simple:  seafood with noodles and vegetables.  A lot of great tastes on a plate.

Lunch

For dinner, we treat ourselves at Rhythms, a restaurant overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake.  We start with two spring rolls, followed by beef pho, duck with Asian spices, and several Saigon beers.

Leaving the restaurant, we get incredible views of Ngoc Son Temple on Jade Island in Hoan Kiem Lake.

Our next dinner is at 3 Spoons, where we have spring rolls and 3-beef pho.

We also have an incredible meal on our cruise in Ha Long Bay.  Our ride to the ship terminal stops at the market where fresh fish and vegetables are loaded into the trunk.  While we cruise the bay in the morning, our meal is prepared and served for us to enjoy while the ships crew and our guide also enjoy the same meal.

Lunch for three

We truly enjoy the tastes and variety of the cuisine that we experience in Vietnam.
