As we cruise Ha Long Bay, we pass many small fishing boats. The bay used to have floating fishing villages, but many of those have been closed down and families live on the small fishing boats in the waters of the bay.
Here's a few of the great boats that we passed.

We stop for a bamboo boat ride at Luon Cave. The boats are no longer bamboo, but the experience being rowed through the cave and into the lake beyond is incredible, dodging the kayaks as we travel around.

We head back into the islets and spot many more great fishing boats as we travel around.
