Christmas/Holiday Decorations in Shangha and Shenzhen

As I wander through Shanghai and Shenzhen, I'm surprised as I stumble on Christmas/Holiday decorations appearing on the streets and in the stores.

Along the Bund, across from the Huangpu River, workers are installing Santa with care.

Store windows are filling with various levels of decoration for the holidays.

While, along the Wusong River walkway, workers are draping the lights for the holiday

Leaving Shanghai for Shenzhen, even the Hongqiao Airport has a few decorations scattered around.

In Shenzhen, the entry to an apartment complex is taken over for a small holiday garden.  The snowman seems a little unlikely here in Southern China, where the November temperature is 31ºC (87ºF), and Santa's reindeer will need to stand up eventually, but this apartment complex is ready!

And last, but not least, the Hong Kong International Airport is getting into the spirit also!
