We are truly impressed with the meals that we consume on our cruise through the Canary Islands on Windstar's ship the Wind Star. We find that the ship's chef visiting the market in each port and bringing back local fare, especially local fish (black scabbardfish) that we have for lunch and dinner, along with other favorites.
