As we walk along the Spree River in Berlin, south of museum island, we come across the East Side Gallery, This is the longest preserved stretch of the Berlin Wall and every section of the wall has been covered with art, turning it into the world's longest outdoor gallery. Much of the work is bold, colorful, and thought-provoking. Some of the murals have been restored and preserved, while others are constantly replaced and updated. Enjoy (as we do)!
